This is Very Important

It has been a while since you last heard from me many reading this have supported this Ministry for 50 years and I thought it’s time to tell you why.  I will begin by telling you the main reason straight out.  God spoke very clearly to me about four years ago, HE SAID MY SON IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO REST  I LOVE YOU AND NOW IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO REST BEFORE COMING HOME. YOU AND YOUR WIFE CONNIE HAVE RAISED YOUR SON JOEL WELL AND NOW HE IS READY FOR THINGS YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH HE HAS MY EAR AND MINE HIS. 

Joel is 46 years old not only is he mature and intelligent he loves Yeshua with all his heart, and he loves Israel with a passion, God has given him great wisdom in fact after 25 years in the IDF he has reached the rank in the IDF of Aluf Mishne (General) and has been given the responsibility of leading a new Brigade with 600 IDF reservist to defend the city of Jerusalem, and given the title of THE PROTECTOR AND KEEPER OF THE CITY OF JERUSALEM.  I simply have no words to tell you how proud his mother and I are of him.  At the same time, he and his wife Ola have increased the ministry in leaps and bounds as they are now feeding hundreds of needy by reaching them through working with the social workers in the public schools who know who the most needy children are.  He has developed with your support a storehouse of food that also will be used for those Jews who are coming and will need help on their arrival.  So when God told me to rest I believe what He was saying STAY OUT OF HIS WAY.  I felt a little insulted but very proud at the same time.  It’s taken me a little time to get used to not being in control but this hard-headed Jew now understands that it was never him in control.  I have learnt again that you can argue with God but be careful He can touch the hollow of your thigh. Gen. 32:24-28

So what does an 85-year-old do with his time other than pray and give advice when asked?  He does what God tells him to do rest and trust in Him.  I have a hobby that I really enjoy and it gives me a way to entertain and enjoy two of the greatest Israel-born grandkids on planet Earth, Jerry 9 named after yours truly, and Eva 11 the prettiest girl you have ever seen.  And I have an old ATV made in Israel called a Tomcar we live in the Judean Mountains and there are ancient ruins to be found everywhere.  It only has 2 seats so I can only take one of them at a time, but hopefully, someday I could have a 4 seater but they are very expensive, then I could even take visitors for a blessing of their life way off the beaten tourist path.

It may be a while before I write another article you see I feel a need to stay out of Joel’s way he has someone Who is very Important speaking to him.  Please place him high on your prayer list God is using him in great ways by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
